Deb is a psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with over 30 years of experience supporting individuals across all stages of life, from adolescence through late adulthood. Her therapeutic approach blends the warmth and authenticity of emphasizing the study of the whole person and focusing on individual potential, personal growth, and self-actualization, identifying and changing negative thought patterns, beliefs, and behaviors, and the developmental insight of Lifespan Therapy to offer holistic, personalized care.
At the core of her practice is the belief that every person holds an innate capacity for growth and self-understanding. Using Humanistic principles, she creates a safe and empathetic environment where clients can explore their inner world, gain clarity, and foster self-acceptance.
