Owner
Chief Executive Officer
Amanda Ricci is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Certified Clinical Supervisor. She holds mental health rehabilitation certificates at all three levels (MHRT/I, MHRT/C, and MHRT/CSP). Amanda holds a Master of Business Administration with a Human Resources Concentration from Columbia Southern University, a Bachelor of Science in Leadership and Organizational Studies from University of Southern Maine, and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Studies from University of Maine at Augusta. She is also currently in her final semester of nursing school at Central Maine Community College to obtain her RN with a goal of becoming a psychiatric NP to prescribe for the agency. Amanda has experience providing mobile and emergency room crisis response services, managing private non-medical institutions, licensed intellectual disability and brain injury homes, and emergency crisis homes, experience as a mental health case manager, and has held multiple supervisory, manager, and director positions. Amanda has facilitated intensive outpatient groups for individuals with substance use disorder, is certified to complete DEEP assessments and treatment, and has taken the Intensive Skills Tobacco Treatment Training with the Center for Tobacco Independence.
Amanda is a nationally certified volunteer firefighter/EMT and is the County Director of the Franklin County United Bikers of Maine.
Amanda lives in Livermore Falls with her two daughters and their dog, Zoey.
Clinical Program Manager
Danielle is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maine at Farmington and a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. Danielle has worked in the mental health field for the last 14 years with all of those years serving as a supervisor. During this time, she has supervised BHP's working with children under Section 65, Home and Community Treatment and Section 28, Rehabilitative and Community Services along with Section 13, Adult Developmental Service Case Management. She also has provided counseling services in multiple settings such as outpatient/office, home/family and school based. Danielle resides in New Vineyard with her husband, her son, and their dog Lany.

Andrea has achieved both her MHRT/C and MHRT/I certifications and works with individuals experiencing mental health symptoms to assist them in remaining independent in their communities. She is currently working on her Associates in Applied Science in Human Services.
